All our suites are spacious and comfortable. Equipped to deal with the requirements of the 'connected' age, we offer broadband internet connection throughout the building & free broadband wireless access in reception: at The Rectory you can be sure you'll find yourself & your visitors in comfortable surroundings.

 

We provide the services of a modern city serviced office provider in the serene setting of a grade II listed building. There are several suite sizes for you to choose to suit your business needs.

Suites with up to 3 workstation capacity

This range of suites offer you the space to accommodate up to 3 workstations, at an extremely reasonable price. All suites are equipped with a minimum of 6 CAT 5e network points.

 

Suite facilities include:

  • Up to 3 large straight or radial workstations with matching pedestals.
  • Bisley 4 drawer filing cabinet.
  • State of the Art VOIP telephone handset.
  • 1 allocated parking space.

Suites with up to 4 workstation capacity

This range of suites offer you the space to accommodate up to 4 workstations, at an extremely reasonable price. All rooms come with a minimum of 8 CAT 5e network points.

 

Suite facilities include:

  • Up to 4 large straight or radial workstations with matching pedestals.
  • Bisley 4 drawer filing cabinet.
  • State of the Art VOIP telephone handsets.
  • 1 allocated parking space.

Suite with up to 7 workstation capacity

Our largest suite will comfortably accommodate a growing business needing up to 7/8 workstations or a regional office of a larger enterprise. The suite has 18 CAT 5e network points available, in addition to 2 allocated parking spaces.

The Executive Suite

Our most luxurious suite will accommodate up to 3 workstations in an elegant, comfortable enviroment with dual aspect views over the River Kennet. In quieter moments, enjoy the narrowboats and swans as they serenely wander past the building from the comfort of your own window seat! The suite is equipped with 6 CAT 5e network points, TV point and has 1 allocated parking space.
